THE STORY
Sharangadhara Samhita, c. 1300 CE
“Purification is not deprivation. It is the removal of ama so that the body may again recognise what nourishes it.”
Sharangadhara Samhita, Purvakhanda V
Sharangadhara codified the Shodhana (purification) protocols, distinguishing between Pradhana Karma (primary cleansing) and daily Shodhana. This blend follows the daily approach: gentle, sustained elimination of metabolic waste (ama) through liver, kidney, and bowel support without the intensity of Panchakarma.
ORDERS LAST 7 DAYS
